Research Abstract |
New method for high-yield and efficient fullerene-doping into inner space of carbon nanotubes by using newly developed high-vacuum system has been established. Doping-selectivity on molecular species also improved under such high-vacuum condition and this will enable to form fullerene hetero junction in one-carbon nanotube.
