Research Abstract |
When a government makes cash transfers as a part of a poverty alleviation program, policymakers often face a screening problem in identifying the individuals who most deserve to be supported by the government. Through two years, I propose a several incentive mechanisms that enable to target low productivity people and be cost effectiveness, even if income levels cannot be monitored.
