Research Abstract |
Polymerase extension reaction was used to construct the DNA nanostructures and introduce photoredox molecules into DNA. Triphosphate derivatives labeled with the redox-active molecules were synthesized and used to incorporate into DNA by polymerase extension reaction. Photoelectric conversion system based on DNA nanostructures was constructed by using this method.
