Research Abstract

放線菌の気菌糸誘導シグナル物質に関して、天然物有機化学的方法を用いて研究を行った。まず、放線菌Streptomyces coelicolorに対する気菌糸誘導活性を指標としたスクリーニングを行い、S.aureofaciensおよびS.hawaiiensisのアセトン抽出物に顕著な活性を見出した。それぞれの株を大量培養後、気菌糸誘導物質の単離を行い、2つの新奇性の高い化合物を得た。
