Research Abstract

文化財等の病害虫防除に用いられるくん蒸であるプロピレンオキシド、エチレンオキシドの生物学的モニタリング手法の確立のために、尿中代謝物であるプロピレングリコールおよびエチレングリコールのヘッドスペース付きGC-MSを用いた分析方法を確立した。更に、ラットを用いてプロピレンオキシドの経口投与曝露実験を行い、尿中プロピレングリコールの濃度変化を測定するとともに、人のプロピレンオキシドに対する生物学的曝露指標を推定した。
