Research Abstract |
低酸素分圧下での培養により、ヒト歯髄組織幹細胞(DPSC)は高い増殖能を呈し、高齢者からの樹立効率が向上した。また、iPS細胞への誘導においては、従来の4因子、3因子を用いた方法でDPSCからiPS細胞を誘導できた。誘導効率は皮膚線維芽細胞に比べて大きく改善した。
