| Research Abstract |
Using clinical samples, we evaluated significance of NF-kappa B in radioresistant mechanisms. The NF-kappa B showed stronger predictive ability compared to either Bcl-2 or EGF receptor. The detectability of NF-kappa B was well correlated with local tumor control. In the recurrent laryngeal cancer, the NF-kappa B expressed in the majority of cases.
