Research Abstract	In the initial stage of a novel angiogenic therapy for the patients with peripheral arterial disease, we demonstrated that low energy shock wave therapy was safe, and improved blood flow of ischemic tissue indicated by maximum TcPO_2 at dorsum and ^<99m>Tc-TF perfusion index in the foot.
