Research Abstract

The beta-adrenergic agonist stimulate osteoclast differentiation through the beta-adrenergic receptor on osteoblast. We tested whether the beta-adrenergic agonist regulate osteoclast differentiation directory or not. We suggested sympathetic nervous system regulate osteoclast differentiation through reactive oxygen species.
