Research Abstract

(1)By the comparison of the expression profiles of GPCRs in Lyso-PtdGlc-responsive neurons with Lyso-PtdGlc-unresponsive neurons, some GPCRs were identified as a candidate for Lyso-PtdGlc receptor.
(2)Inhibition of calcium ion pathways by BAPTA converged the activity of Lyso-PtdGlc toward TrkA-positive axons from repulsion to attraction.
