| Outline of Research at the Start |
近年注目されているMaaS（Mobility as a Service）は、Society5.0における社会課題の解決に活用できる。しかし、社会課題解決につながる移動方法（移動手段や移動経路等）を即座に把握し、利用者がその移動方法を選択するように行動変容させる（誘引する）技術が確立されておらず、社会課題解決に向けたMaaS基盤を実現できなかった。これは、社会課題解決と利用者利益とを柔軟に関連付けて、移動方法を決定できなかった事に起因する。そこで、本研究では、移動方法選択のインセンティブとしてMaaSマイルを提案し、利用者誘引型低遅延MaaS基盤を研究開発する。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
MaaS (Mobility as a Service), which has recently gained great attention, can be utilized for solving social issues arose in Society 5.0 era. However, the existing MaaS platforms could not determine transportation routes with flexibly associating user benefits and social issue sollutions. Therefore, this study proposed MaaS Miles as an incentive for choosing transportation routes and developed a user-attractive, low-latency MaaS platform. MaaS Miles are quantified resources that link user benefits and social issue solutions. In this study, we established the method for calculating MaaS Miles and the technology for collecting and analyzing the necessary data for MaaS Mile calculations with low latency and implemented a user-attractive, low-latency MaaS platform equipped with these technologies.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
本研究はプレーヤー間の利益の乖離とその解消方法について研究を進める先駆的な取り組みである。特に、各プレーヤーの利益のみならず公共性の指標としても利用可能な、ある種貨幣のような役割を果たす具体的な仕組みとして「MaaSマイル」の設計を試みる点は学術的に見ても先駆的であり意義は大きい。社会課題解決は、内閣府の科学技術政策Society5.0の実現につながる課題である。また、MaaS最高レベルのレベル4では、様々な社会課題をMaaSを活用して解決に導く社会の最適化が掲げられている。本研究課題は、これらに合致するものであり、社会的意義は大きい。
