Outline of Research at the Start

近年のGDPの7割を占めるサービス産業の多くは、経験財を供給する。経験財とは、消費から得られる効用を消費経験なしには評価できない財を指す。また、過去に消費していても、消費のタイミングや消費者の経験の蓄積で評価が変化する財も含まれる。たとえば大学教育において、学生は講義を事前に評価できない。また、同じ学生が同じ講義を受講しても、入学直後と卒業直前では知識の蓄積の違いから評価も異なる。
本研究では、こうした特徴を持つ経験財消費の意思決定理論を構築し、その理論を経済実験や計算機シミュレーションを通じて検証する。特に近年、amazon等のeコマースで用いられている推薦システムの役割に焦点を当てる。

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本年度は、(1)意思決定支援情報システムの開発 (2) 逐次的意思決定における行動様式の分析 (3)消費者保護の分析を行った。
（1）では、経験財の購入過程において消費者が直面する情報の非対称性を解消することに主眼を置いた。特に、消費者が製品開発に参加し、彼らの直接的なフィードバックを基に新たな製品を形成するプラットフォームの設計方法を提案した。このシステムにより、消費者は自らのアイデアを提案し、他のユーザーによる評価を通じて、製品の市場導入前の潜在的な受容可能性を評価することが可能となった。
さらに、具体的な事例研究を通じて、ユーザーからのフィードバックを活用した新商品開発のプロセスを詳細に分析した。このアプローチにより、顧客の実際のニーズに基づいた製品提案が可能となり、市場導入のリスクを大幅に低減することが示された。また、この手法はマーケティングデータの収集に留まらず、生産プロセスにおいて顧客のフィードバックを直接的に統合する点で新たな応用可能性も提示した。
（2）では、経済学的意思決定理論と確率格子を用いて、ムカデゲームのパラドックスを解決する新たな理論モデルを提案している。このモデルは、参加者の認知能力に応じて最適な戦略を導出し、実際の意思決定プロセスにおける様々な心理的、行動的要因を考慮に入れることで、従来の理論よりも現実の状況に即した解を提供することを可能にした。
（3）では、消費者行動における「負の上流相互作用」に焦点を当て、個人が他者から資源を奪う行為が第三者にどのように伝播するかを調査した。この分析は、消費者が負の行動を連鎖させるメカニズムを明らかにし、戦略的介入によって消費者保護を強化する方法を検証している。
