教員を中長期に追跡するパネル調査を施行し、教員の初任期・中堅期・ベテラン期の各期のキャリアにおける職能成長、職場適応、メンタルヘルス、健康を決定する要因とそのメカニズムについて明らかにする。2012～2019年度の8年間にかけて実施した初任期・中堅期の教員のパネル調査の期間を延長し、①初任期から中堅期への追跡期間の拡張、また②中堅期からベテラン期への追跡期間の拡張、を行う。
