本研究では、高齢者施設・住まい（特別養護老人ホームや介護付き有料老人ホーム）か
らの避けられる救急搬送・入院を削減するための、多職種および入居者・家族を対象とした複数の要素からなる介入（複雑介入：Complex Intervention）を開発して介入研究を行い、有用性と実行可能性を検討する。
