| Outline of Research at the Start |
前研究で開発した医ケア児と訪問看護師等が災害への備えを入力できる iPad用アプリを用いて専用回線で送信することで、児が生き延びるために必須な予備バッテリーや医療衛生材料、薬剤等の備蓄、支援体制、迅速な避難や救助に資するサーバーアプリの開発である。金沢医大病院小児科の協力で1.iPad用アプリと連動したサーバー項目をリスト化し試作アプリを開発、2.同病院へ通院中の医ケア児と訪問看護師等を対象にiPad用アプリとサーバーアプリ試作版を用いて実証実験し効果と課題を明らかにする、3.実験後にユーザービリティ質問紙調査し2の結果と合わせて効果と課題を分析後、サーバーアプリを修正し完成させる。

前年度までの開発の成果をまとめInternational Journal of Environmental Research and Public Healthに報告した。論文のタイトルは、Application Software That Can Prepare for Disasters Based on Patient-Participatory Evidence: K-DiPS: A Verification Reportである。
災害による停電時に医療的ケア児側から、SOSを発信できる機能をK-DiPS Soloに実装し、高知県医療的ケア児家族会主催の講演会で紹介した。損保ジャパン高知支社、ネッツトヨタ南国、NTTドコモ、高松帝酸などの協力を得て、K-DiPS SolonのSOSから、呼吸器の予備バッテリーを給電者で充電するためのデモンストレーションを行った。
その後、効果と課題を抽出し、K-DiPS Onlineのプロトタイプ及び、SOS機能が実装されたK-DiPS Soloのプロトタイプを作成した。近畿ブロックDMAT訓練（奈良県桜井市）、九州沖縄DMAT訓練（熊本市）でこれらを用いた情報伝達訓練を実施し効果と課題を検証した。

2023年6月にSOS及び安否確認機能を実装し、医療的ケア児支援センターやデイサービスなどの事業所が利用者を管理することができるシステムのリリースに向けて開発中。
2023年度末には情報共有の機能追加を実施予定。
