Outline of Research at the Start

国連が2015年9月に公表したSDGｓの目標3には「あらゆる人々の健康的な生活を確保し福祉を促進する」ことが掲げられ「開発途上国に影響を及ぼすワクチン及び医薬品の研究開発を支援する。TRIPS協定及び公衆の健康に関するドーハ宣言に従い、安価な必須医薬品へのアクセスを提供する」ことが書かれた。本研究はこのドーハ宣言に書かれた医薬品アクセスに焦点を絞り、TRIPS協定が認めているTRIPSの柔軟性を自国に取り入れ、医薬品アクセスの担保を図っている途上国やLDCの3か国の動向を各種のデータ分析と現地でのヒアリング調査を組み合わせて分析を行う。その上でSDGs時代の医薬品アクセスの在り方を提示する。

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

当初の計画では2023年度にはブラジルを訪問し調査を行う予定であった。2023年度はCOVID-19の感染は徐々に収まってきたものの、安全性が必ずしも担保されないと判断し、ブラジルへの現地調査は行わず、ブラジルのカウンターパートである名古屋大学のDr. Roberto Carapetoの協力を得て、ブラジルの専門家と合同セミナーを開催することとした。Dr. Roberto Carapetoおよび一部のブラジル専門家は日本に在住していたため、ハイブリッドとオンラインを組み合わせて日本ブラジル合同セミナーを3回にわけて開催した。
ニューノーマル研究部会＆ニューノーマル研究部会セッション：日本経営システム学会の中に2021年に設置した「ニューノーマル研究部会」は2023年度も活発に活動をおこない、2023年度は9回会合を開催した。2023年度に開催された日本経営システム学会の第70回、第71回の全国大会では「ニューノーマル研究部会」のセッションを持ち、科研Bの研究チームが研究発表を行った。
国際学会及び国内学会での研究成果の発表：＜PICMET2023＞ MOT分野で世界最高峰の国際会議とみなされているPICMETに、2023年は（PICMET2023）科研Ｂチームから2名が参加し発表を行った。＜PICMET以外の国際会議での研究成果発表＞　14th IIAI-BMOT （郡山）, 4th International Conference on Infection Prevention and Control (ドバイ)、日本生産管理学会国際会議（5th ICPM2023）などで研究発表を行った。＜国内学会での研究発表＞上記に加えて、研究イノベーション学会、関西ベンチャー学会、日本MOT学会などでも成果を発表した。また、2023年度は海外の研究者との国際共著論文も発表した。
専門家会議開催：　科研Bの最終年となる2023年度の専門家会議を2024年2月に開催した。
