Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、次世代発光材料である単一ペロブスカイトナノ結晶の形成機構、および結晶間または単一結晶-色素分子間の反応機構を解明することを目的としている。光圧による局所濃縮および逆温度再結晶法によって結晶を析出し、顕微分光法によって結晶間のハロゲン交換反応や単一結晶-色素分子間のエネルギー移動の機構、そしてnmオーダーの極小反応場における単一ナノ結晶の形成機構を解明する。

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究は、次世代発光材料である単一ペロブスカイトナノ結晶の形成機構、および結晶間の相互作用や反応機構を解明することを目的としている。本年度の研究では、主に光圧によるヘテロ接合型ペロブスカイト結晶の形成および結晶内のキャリア輸送の検討と、二座配位子を用いたペロブスカイト超結晶の形成および集積構造と光物性の関係の解明について研究活動を行った。まず、臭化物ペロブスカイトのナノ結晶薄膜およびマイクロ結晶に対して、ヨウ化物前駆体存在下にて連続波レーザーの光圧による局所的なハロゲン交換を行い、ヘテロ接合型ペロブスカイトを形成した。形成したヘテロ接合型ペロブスカイト結晶の蛍光寿命におけるアニオン交換位置からの距離依存性について評価を行い、光励起により生成されたキャリアが結晶中のBrリッチの領域からIリッチの領域へと効率よく輸送、そして捕捉されることを見出した。この研究に基づいた論文はWiley-VCHのAngewandte Chemie International Editionに令和4年11月に掲載された。次に、ナノ結晶を保護する有機リガンドを二座配位子と交換することでナノ結晶の集積構造体(超結晶)を形成し、超結晶中の結晶間の励起子相互作用について検討した。超結晶の構造および光物性について分散したナノ結晶および原料ナノ結晶で形成した薄膜と比較を行った。超結晶は単一ナノ結晶に比べて長い蛍光波長および寿命を示した。さらに、ナノ結晶薄膜では非ジェミネート性非放射再結合のため励起光強度が増加するにつれ蛍光寿命が低下したのに対し、超結晶では蛍光寿命が励起光強度に依存せず一定であった。形成した超結晶における蛍光波長のレッドシフトおよび蛍光寿命の増加は、ナノ結晶間の電子的カップリングおよび励起子の非局在化によるものであると結論した。なお、この研究に基づいた論文を投稿準備中である。
