| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究では，複雑述語構文，二次述語構文，例外的格標示構文などの述語や項の構造関係について新たなデータを掘り起こして，単純に仮定されてきた一般化が正しいのかどうかを検証する。言語の一般化（構造的な特性）を明示的な形で提示し，普遍性のある理論体系の開発を行なう。特に，比較検証が可能な形で研究を行い，国際的に進められている研究に対して発信のできる新たな視点からの提言を行い，現在の言語理論へ貢献を考える。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this research project, I conducted research on the complex predicate construction, secondary predicate construction, the exceptional case-marking construction. The major research outputs are included in Polarity Expressions: Comparisons between Japanese and Other Languages (published by De Gruyter Mouton) and the Journal of East Asian Linguistics (Springer), domestic academic journals, etc.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
複雑述語構文，二次述語構文，例外的格標示構文などの解析を通じて，述語の階層構造及び項の階層関係を解明する研究を行った。本課題の研究期間の間に、国際的な学術雑誌を含むいくつかの国際出版や国内での論文集、学術雑誌での論文出版をすることができ、国内外に対して言語理論・文法理論について新たな提言をする学術的な発信をすることができた。
