| Outline of Research at the Start |
性加害行為のあった知的障害者の地域生活支援に関する研究が日本では少ない。また、社会関係や人間関係獲得に関する当事者の主観的体験の研究は殆どない。そこで目的を、グッドウェイ・モデル（GWM）に着目し、日本の福祉施設に適用した支援方法や、支援体制を提示することとする。また、治療教育プログラムを通じた関係性の変化や地域生活継続における主観的体験を明らかにする。研究方法は、まず、GWMの理論的基盤や実施状況、スーパーバイズ体制、国内の支援状況に関する調査研究によって、適用上の工夫や課題を抽出し、GWM導入の準備を行う。福祉施設においてGWMの試行を行い、試行後にインタビュー調査を実施する。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The Good Way Model (GWM) is an intervention program to address antisocial behaviors, including sexual offenses, among individuals with intellectual disabilities. We interviewed the developers to understand the program. The findings revealed that the GWM offers accessible strategies helping individuals make adaptive choices through self-reflection, while also addressing experiences of victimization. To disseminate these features to justice and welfare professionals, we organized training sessions led by the developers. Applying the GWM’s principles supported interpersonal difficulties underlying antisocial behaviors, fostering positive relationships and motivating clients to actively address their challenges.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
司法と福祉の連携による再犯防止が推進され、福祉施設において地域生活継続のための具体的支援方法や支援体制の提示が求められているなか、GWMの開発者による研修会の開催や現地調査により、性加害行為等の反社会的行為があった知的障害者の理解や支援方法に関する知識を広く提供した。また、反社会的行為のあった知的障害者等は、支援者への不信感が強く、援助関係を作ること自体が相当に難しい。そこで、GWMがもつ、具体的でわかりやすくする工夫や、クライエントの体験を重視する特徴を用いて、反社会的行為の背景にある対人関係の困難への支援プログラムを作成、実施したところ、有効な支援方法になることが示された。
