| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究では、小中高等学校等の授業を中心とした教育実践を現象学的教育学の知見から読み解くための文献研究と授業研究フィールドワークを行う。まず、文献研究として、日本国内外で刊行されている現象学的教育学に関連する文献を収集して、研究方法論、研究対象領域、収録されているエピソード等の観点から分類整理を行う。この基礎研究から得られた知見をもとに、これまでの授業研究に関する人脈を生かして北海道および長崎県を中心とする日本国内でのフィールドワークとして授業研究を行い、それぞれの実践の意味理解と本質観取に関わる質的分析を行う。これらを通して、現象学的教育学による授業研究のモデルについて提言する。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this study is to propose a lesson study model based on phenomenological pedagogy for in-school teacher training through an analysis of still-image classroom observation records.
It is important to cultivate pedagogical thoughtfulness in teachers in order to exercise "pedagogical tact," also known as quick and agile judgment. Until now, analysis based on textual records and video have been the primary materials for class review sessions. In this study, we developed a lesson study model based on phenomenological pedagogy to examine what learners and teachers were experiencing by presenting still images with written dialogue, situations, and analytical comments based on several photographs taken during the class.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
現象学的教育学の系譜につながるマックス・ヴァン＝マーネンの理論をもとにしながら、学習者や授業者は授業の中でどのような経験をしているのかを語り合うことによって教育的思慮深さを教師に涵養し教育的タクトを発揮させようとすることを目的とした授業研究モデルを開発した。その際、共通認識を得るための静止画による授業場面の提示を効果的に行う方法を提示した。
また、遠隔地間でのあるいは時間差での授業研究を構想実施し、広大な北海道において専門家が小中学校の授業研究を効果的に行うためのモデルを提示することができた。
さらに、学校現場での授業研究に関する研究者の倫理に関わる問題群についての議論の端緒を開いた。
