| Outline of Research at the Start |
人と人の相互作用において，愛情や愛着の表出は一般に，相互に視線を送ることや身体接触することなどと関連するが，ASD児はそれらを不快と感じる場合があることが示唆されている。では，上述の療育においてどのような相互コミュニケーションが有効であろうか。本研究では，包括的アプローチを取り入れて施されるASD児の作業療法を研究対象とし，ビデオ撮影した各事例について，視線，身体接触，対人距離，身体動作，言葉などを定量的にマルチモーダル分析し，ASD児の適応的行動を引き出すのに有効なコミュニケーションの特徴を明らかにする。得られた知見を経験の浅い療育者や保育者の学びのための教材として提供する計画である。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study examines occupational therapy based on sensory integration theory for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). It aims to identify effective interactions with ASD children and the cognitive processes of expert therapists that facilitate these interactions. The findings reveal significant characteristics of the therapists' engagement and thought patterns. Building on these insights, training materials were developed for novice therapists, and workshops were conducted to disseminate the findings and enhance therapeutic skills.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
熟達セラピストとASD児とのコミュニケーションや，熟達セラピストの思考プロセスに関する本研究の知見は，臨床知とコミュニケーションに関する理論構築に寄与し，さらにセラピーの効果を最大化するための戦略を提案する基礎を形成するものである。
また，開発されたオンライン教材と，療育や教育現場での実践的なニーズに応じたワークショップは，ASD児に関係する教育・療育・保育従事者にとって直接的な利益をもたらすと期待される。
