Outline of Research at the Start

Outline of Final Research Achievements
In recent years, the demand for childcare in daycare centers for children requiring medical care has been increasing. However, in a state where the system for accepting such children is underdeveloped, there are many challenges in supporting children requiring medical care and their families in the local community. Among these are: 1) a 24-hour comprehensive support system (home life support, social life support, financial support), 2) training and securing manpower (including coordinators for children requiring medical care, etc.), 3) eliminating disparities in support systems between regions (both prefectural and municipal levels), and 4) establishing a support system in the event of a disaster. Therefore, it has become clear that it is essential to create a comprehensive support system that can also respond to natural disasters.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements
