本研究の目的は、地域在住高齢者の暮らしを支える多職種のアセスメント力育成のためのプログラムの構築である。このプログラムを構築そして普及することができれば、地域在住高齢者の暮らしを支える多職種の連携・協働推進の一助となる。方法はシミュレーション教育手法を用いて、一人の高齢利用者（模擬利用者を設定）のケア場面を再現し、多職種が同時にアセスメントを実施するワークショップを開催する。ケア場面についての各専門職のアセスメント内容を参加した多職種と共有する。これが各専門職のアセスメント視点を知り、アセスメント力を育成し、次につなげる各専門職へその専門に応じた情報を伝えることができるようになるものと考える。

Developing an Assessment Skills Training Program for Multidisciplinary Professionals in Older People Care. This research aimed to develop a program for enhancing the assessment skills of multidisciplinary professionals involved in supporting the lives of community-dwelling older people.
First, a web-based survey was conducted to understand the current state of multidisciplinary collaboration in home care within Aomori Prefecture. Next, two online "Multidisciplinary Collaboration Assessment Seminars" were held using Zoom. These seminars focused on how various professionals involved in older people care assess the same case. Finally, the content of these activities was compiled into a booklet to facilitate program development. This booklet was then distributed to community general support centers, in-home care support offices, and visiting nurse stations.

高齢化が進む現代において、地域で暮らす高齢者を支える多職種連携の強化は喫緊の課題である。本研究で開発されたオンライン研修プログラムは、時間や場所の制約を越えて、多職種がアセスメント力や連携スキルを習得・向上させる機会を提供できる。これにより、質の高い在宅ケアの提供体制が強化でき、地域在住高齢者の暮らしを支える高齢者ケアの向上に寄与できるものと考える。
