Outline of Research at the Start

ダイヤモンドアルファ差分方程式の定性理論を構築し、後退、前進、中心差分方程式の定性理論を統一的に表すこと、及び、解の定性的性質の変化をパラメータαによって判別し、後退、前進、中心差分方程式の類似性・差異性を明確にすることを目的とする。特に、これまで取り組んできた解の定性的性質:
(i) リヤプノフ安定性と振動性
(ii) 有限長性とフラクタル次元
(iii) ウラム安定性
について考究する。加えて、刻み幅がh>0のh-差分方程式の解の定性的性質と対応する常微分方程式のそれとの違いをhによって判別し、常微分方程式と同様の定性的性質を保存するhの幅を特定する。

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本年度は、ウラム安定性に関する学術論文5件、分数階微分方程式の解に関する学術論文1件が出版され、前年度に引き続き多数の成果を得ることができた。特に、離散型Hill方程式のウラム安定性の結果を得たことで大きな進展があった。周期係数をもつ線形振動子(摩擦項のない2階周期線形微分方程式)はHill方程式と呼ばれ、種々の科学において重要な役割を果たすことで知られている。当該論文ではそのhステップサイズの離散型Hill方程式(摩擦項のない2階周期線形h-差分方程式)を考察し、ウラム安定性を保証する条件を与えた。ウラム安定性が保証されるとその方程式自体の安定性が保証されることになる。すなわち、計算機で方程式を扱う際に生じる誤差(多少の摂動)がその方程式に含まれても元の方程式の解との誤差が大きくならないことを意味する。また、得られた結果を利用することで、3階周期線形h-差分方程式のウラム安定性定理を確立した。得られた定理で与えられたウラム定数は周期係数を定数に限った場合には最良のウラム定数であることが知られており、本研究で得られた結果が精密なものであることも説明できた。上記に加え、isolated time scales上の1階差分方程式のウラム安定性を考察し、特に、新たな周期関数の概念を用いて1-周期および2-周期の係数をもつ方程式に対するウラム安定性定理を確立した。さらに、いくつかの微分方程式に対するウラム安定性を考察し、分数階微分方程式の解の解析を行うことで成果を得た。加えて、国際会議ICDEA 2023において、特別セッションを運営し、さらに、ダイヤモンドアルファ差分方程式の安定性領域について講演を行った。

Reason

今年度は、D. R. Anderson氏(Concordia College, USA)との共同研究を推進し、そのうち2件が既に出版され、3件を投稿中である。また、田中敏氏(東北大学)との共同研究が受理され、1件が2024年5月に出版予定である(この業績は次年度に記載予定)。同様に、藤本皓大氏(島根大学)との共同研究が受理され、1件が2024年4月に出版されている(この業績は次年度に記載予定)。また、Iz. El-Fassi氏(S. M. Ben Abdellah University, Morocco)との共著論文1件が既に出版されており、1件を投稿中である。加えて、既に鬼塚の単著論文1件が出版されており、もう1件が2024年4月に出版された(この業績は次年度に記載予定)。さらに、指導する大学院生との共著論文が1件出版され、Ponmana Selvan氏(Rajalakshmi Engineering College (Autonomous), India)との共著論文1件が既に出版され、1件受理されている(この業績は次年度に記載予定)。上記をまとめると、6件出版、4件次年度出版、4件投稿中となり、当該年度は予想以上の成果が得られ、研究が進展していると言える。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

ダイヤモンドアルファ差分方程式を中心に、h-差分方程式、q-差分方程式のウラム安定性の研究を推進する。2024年度は、国際会議 The 29th International Conference on Difference Equations and Applications (ICDEA 2024) において、特別セッションでの講演を依頼されており、2種類のステップサイズを有する差分方程式のウラム安定性について講演予定である。本研究が世界的に注目を浴びるチャンスであるので、入念な準備を行い、特に、差分方程式のリヤプノフ安定性やウラム安定性に関して、活発に研究を推進したい。また、今回の ICDEA 2024 では、time scales と呼ばれる離散と連続の両方の性質を保持する定義域上での方程式の定性的研究の講演が多数予想されるため、情報収集にも注意を払い、この講演の機会を有効に活用したい。加えて、昨年度に引き続き、差分方程式や微分方程式のウラム安定性については多くのアイデアがあるため、今後も研究を推進する。ダイヤモンドアルファ差分方程式のみならず、常微分方程式の安定性の研究も強く推し進めることを目標とする。
