Outline of Research at the Start

確率的な摂動や係数を伴う非線形シュレディンガー方程式の, 解の存在および長時間挙動に関して, 摂動が及ぼす影響を理論的に解明し, 物理や工学において期待される現象の数学的証明を行う. 具体的には, 数学的にも独創性の高い次の2課題の解決を図る.
(i) 正の温度効果下でのボース・アインシュタイン凝縮のモデル方程式の正当化と長時間挙動
(ii) 分散マネージメント光ファイバーモデルの導出の厳密証明

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

電気対流モデルとして使用される Anisotropic Swift-Hohenberg 方程式の解の性質の考察を行った. この方程式の解によりパターン形成を見ることができる. この方程式にある種のノイズを加え, どのような種類のノイズによる摂動でパターンが持続するのか, もしくはパターンが壊れるのか, という興味が本研究の動機である. まずは, ノイズを伴った Anisotropic Swift-Hohenberg 方程式が数学的に正当化されるのか確証する必要があり, そこで加法的時空ホワイトノイズを伴った Anisotropic Swift-Hohenberg 方程式の解が存在することを, 考える関数空間のコンパクト性を用いて証明した. また, どのようなノイズでパターンがどのように変わるのかという数値実験を行った. パターンを見るためには, 解にスケーリングをし, スケーリングパラメータを小さくしたときに導出される極限方程式の特徴を捉えることが重要であるが, そのようなスケーリングによる極限についての考察も行った. 他にも, 非線形シュレディンガー方程式に非整数時空ノイズを加法的に加えて, 解の存在を示した.

Reason

コロナ禍では, 共同研究者と対面で議論できる機会を奪われていたが, 徐々に旅行もできるようになり当初予定していた計画も進むようになってきた. これまで使用できなかった経費を利用するために延長申請を行った.

Strategy for Future Research Activity

2024年8月に Guido Schneiderらドイツの共同研究者を訪問し, 様々なスケーリングを考慮したSwift-Hohenberg 方程式についての結果をまとめる予定である.
