Outline of Research at the Start	小児ALLの治療成績は多剤併用化学療法の導入とともに大きく向上した。しかし最終的な予後は無再発生存率で評価されるため、臨床における統計学的な評価では多剤併用化学療法を構成する個々の化学療法剤の個別の効果および副作用に関しては評価しえない。したがって今後のALL治療のさらなる発展のため、個別の症例において薬剤感受性の指標となるバイオマーカーを根拠とし、感受性の高い薬剤を集中的に用い、副作用のリスクが高い薬剤を減免するなどのいわゆるプレシジョン・メディシンの実現が期待されている。本研究を通して「ALL、特に依然として予後不良なPh+ALLにおけるリピドミクスの意義と治療への応用」を模索したい。
