Outline of Research at the Start |

Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We established a method of flow-cytometric analysis of granulation tissues in the wound. We examined the rate of immune cells in the granulation tissues. The rate of monocyte-macrophage lineage cells in the granulation tissues was higher than that in the peripheral blood. Some of the macrophages in the granulation tissues expressed the surface marker of CD206, which was a marker for M2-type macrophages.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
