Outline of Research at the Start	肥満を基盤として発症するメタボリック症候群の治療の主は減量であるが、その体脂肪減少度には個人差がある。減量治療の主軸は食事・運動療法であり、食の嗜好性が減量治療の成功に寄与する可能性が示唆されている。本研究では、肥満・メタボリック症候群の個体での体重減少、味覚、遺伝子発現より食嗜好性に関わる分子生物指標を探索する。
