| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究では、キャリア中期看護職が実践家として成長する支援として、対話的なリフレクションの促進をはかる。
具体的には、キャリアおよび看護・看護教育にかかわる実践を、対等な関係のピアグループで語り検討する場である、語りの会を提供する。
そこで展開されるプロセスの詳細とキャリアおよび看護・看護教育実践に関する看護職の経験を丁寧に観察・分析する。これらを通して、対話的リフレクションを契機としたキャリア中期看護職の成長とその方法を明らかにすることを目的とする。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We conducted an informal peer group case study review meeting for mid-career nurses to clarify the process of interactive reflection.
Based on the provided case study, as they engaged in dialogue based on the question with disinterested others from different backgrounds, their thoughts expanded and deepened from the superficial perspective of “what should I have done” to include their values toward their work and their own career to date.
It was shown that the management of a mutually respectful and safe space facilitated and deepened reflection in a dialogic manner.

キャリア中期の看護職は実践家として確実な仕事が期待される一方、その時、その場の状況により柔軟な即時の判断による実践を求められる。実践のふり返りを行うリフレクションが重要であるが、他者と対話的なリフレクションを行う過程でそれが深化すること、並びにその条件を明らかにしたことで、キャリア中期看護職の成長の支援に活用できると考える。
