| Outline of Research at the Start |
患者への侵襲性の高い気管吸引は，新人看護師でも早期から求められる看護技術である．しかしながら，新人看護師と熟練看護師の技術差は大きく，新人看護師が患者の負担を軽減できる質の高い技術を習得することは容易でない．本研究プロジェクトは，１）新人看護師研修における気管吸引の指導状況の実態，２）行動分析，視線分析などを用いた新人看護師の気管吸引技術の特徴を明らかにし，そのエビデンスに基づいた効果的なバーチャルリアリティ（VR）教材の開発を目指す．このようなVR教材は，医療機関の新人研修での普及に加えて，多忙な新人看護師の在宅学習の教材として発展することも期待される．

| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
2023年度は、侵襲性の高い看護技術教育の実際について、どのようなニーズがあるのか、現時点で国内外を問わず、どのような教育方法で教育が行われているのかのについて論文の概観を行った。
特に技術の項目、教育方法、評価の方法い絞って5000件に及ぶ文献から、スコーピングレビューを行い、結果をまとめ論文として投稿した。
