Outline of Research at the Start

Outline of Final Research Achievements

This study examined the sustainability of the web-based interpersonal skills small-group training program, designed for nurses, by involving senior latent nurses as advisors. The evaluation was conducted from the perspectives of convenience, cost-effectiveness, need, importance, and benefits.
Analysis of the text-based chat content within the program and the results of a questionnaire survey revealed that the program was highly rated in terms of convenience, need, and importance. Moreover, it was confirmed that the program not only had a positive impact on the participants but also provided numerous benefits to the senior advisors themselves. However, in terms of cost-effectiveness, the study identified the need to further explore the value of the knowledge and experience accumulated by senior nurses-who can be considered a new resource-and to consider how older adults perceive work.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements
