Outline of Research at the Start

Outline of Final Research Achievements

The aim of this study was to develop and conduct a multi-faceted evaluation of a self-management program based on a well-being theory that enables individuals to engage in self-management in a proactive and sustained manner.
This program is a two-week program consisting of content focused on identifying and utilizing strengths, keeping a “three good things” diary, and enhancing self-compassion. The results of the intervention showed that it had a positive impact on well-being, and the effects were maintained without decline even one month after the intervention. This program is highly convenient and can be easily integrated into daily life. Additionally, program implementers directly observed its effectiveness, leading to self-directed and sustained behavioral changes, improved self-management skills, and enhanced well-being.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements
