| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究計画の概要を、以下の①から③に示す。
①B地区の住民基本台帳を基に65歳以上の者に閉じこもりに関する質問紙調査を実施し、介入研究の同意者に、新たに開発した個別支援型プログラムを実施する。②プログラム実施前後に閉じこもり状況、主観的QOL（生活の質）などを質問紙を用いて調査する。さらにプログラム終了後にプログラム介入前後の心理的変化を個別インタビューにより調査する。2つの調査結果を分析し、プログラムの心理的閉じこもり要因への意義を確認する。③プログラム習得研修を終えたボランティアによる地域での実践結果と合わせてプログラム開発を行う。

| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
今年度は、これまでの研究で明らかになったことについてまとめを行い、学術誌への投稿を行った。特記すべき結果として、独居高齢者よりも家族と同居している高齢者で閉じこもりが課題であった。家族と同居する高齢者の閉じこもり理由として、認知症への地域の偏見が背景にあった。また高齢だから何もできないとの思い込み、外出で転倒することへの心配などがあった。
