Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、高齢のストーマ保有者の運動機能と心理的特徴がストーマ管理にどのように影響を与えているかを明らかにし、ストーマ管理能力の評価尺度を開発する。具体的には、65歳以上のストーマ外来受診者を対象のインタビュー調査により高齢者のストーマ管理に影響を与えている身体・認知機能の項目を抽出し、専門家調査、ストーマ外来看護師とストーマ管理に関わっている多職種への質問紙調査を実施し、尺度の項目の妥当性を検証する。
