Outline of Research at the Start	地域住民検診からインフォームド・コンセントの得られたMCI者を募集する。そのMCI者をA群（毎週1回以上ハイレゾ・オルゴール音楽療法を施行）、B群（2週間に1回施行）、C群（1ケ月に1回施行）及びD群（音楽療法介入無し）の4群に割付する。4群とも1年間観察し介入前と介入後6ケ月、12ケ月の時点で認知機能を評価する。すなわち各群における経時的変化を評価するとともに各評価時点での群間比較及びハイレゾ・オルゴール音楽療法介入前後の差分についての群間比較を行う。これによりハイレゾ・オルゴール音楽療法がMCI者の認知機能障害進行阻止あるいはADへの移行阻止に対して有効な予防的介入法であることを検証する。
