化学療法による食嗜好の変化について、①外来化学療法を受ける患者を対象としたコホート調査を実施する。②調査結果から食嗜好の変化のパターンを抽出し、病態機序とリスク要因を分析する。③発症リスク予測モデルを構築し、モデルの妥当性を確認する。

2022年5月16日～2023年4月28日に東京慈恵会医科大学附属病院の外来化学療法室で抗がん剤の点滴を受けたすべての患者に「食嗜好の質問票」への回答を任意で依頼した。質問項目は、食べることに問題があると感じているか（食問題）、治療開始前は食べられていたのに食べられなくなった・嫌いになった食べ物があるか（食嗜好変化）、ある場合には食品名と理由（口内炎、口腔乾燥、味覚変化、におい、何となく嫌いになった、その他）である。1086名中581名から回答を得られ、延べ回答数は1929件、一患者あたり回答数は1～26（中央値2）回であった。食嗜好変化の発生率と食嗜好変化を生じやすい患者の特徴を分析した。

Reason
コロナ禍で患者調査を実施できず、研究計画の見なおしを何度となく行わざるを得なかったが、2023年度からようやく計画どおり実施できた。

| Strategy for Future Research Activity |
食嗜好変化の発生率と食嗜好変化を生じやすい患者の特徴を分析した結果を論文として投稿した。さらに薬剤の種類による相違や体重減少との関係を調べるため、電子カルテからデータを追加し、分析作業を進めている。
