Outline of Research at the Start

ソフトコンピューティングによる潜在分類尺度を用いた高次元小標本型の3元時系列データに対する状態監視のための解析手法を開発する。さらに、この手法を基軸として、数学的計量を高次計量に拡張し、超曲面に対するデータ構造を得る手法に拡張する。この事により、従来型の計量で説明が出来ない、より複雑な状態間の差異を説明可能とし、手法の汎化性能をあげることが期待できる。

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究は、データが状態や時点に応じて変化するときに、それらのデータを同時に低次元に布置し、その類似構造を把握すると共に、状態変化を視覚的に検知できる新技術を創製することが主目的である。この方法が完成すれば、状態や時点の変化によって変容する大規模かつ複雑なデータの解析結果を短時間で明確に得ることが可能となる。本年度は、これまでの研究で得たクラスター尺度の考えを広く発展させ、教育データ、言語データ等への応用研究を行うと共に、これらの複雑・大量データの特性に見合った新たな手法を提案した。特に、最近のAIに基づく教育方法に焦点を当て、計算知能の考えを取り入れることで、各種のディバイスと教育効果の関連性を抽出する手法を開発した。この手法の特性は、高次元小標本の混合データを対象とし、状態の変化を許容して低次元空間に布置を可能とするということである。これまで、高次元小標本データを対象とした手法は各種開発されているが、質的データと量的データが混在する高次小標本型の混合データを対象とした手法は、国内外でも見当たらない。さらに、昨年度に引き続き、サポートベクターマシン等の機械学習手法に計算知能の分野で開発された分類手法に組み込むことで、新たな機械学習手法を提案すると共に、分類手法によるクラスター尺度の考えに基づく測度を有効に利用して、言語の識別に関する種々の知見を得た。今後、この技術・知見を基軸として、高次計量を用いた技術に拡張し、超曲面に対する低次元座標布置を得る手法に発展させる計画である。この研究成果は、6編の査読付き国際学術雑誌論文に採録となった。また、4回の招待講演を含む6回の国際会議における講演、計7回の学会発表を通じて、これらの手法に対する研究成果を発表した。

Reason

本年度は、昨年度の研究を継続し、データが状態や時点に応じて変化するときに、それらのデータを同時に低次元に布置し、その類似構造を把握すると共に、状態変化を視覚的に検知できる新技術について、基礎研究に基づく種々の応用研究を行うことが主目的であったが、混合データを対象とした新手法の開発等、その目的を達成しているため、おおむね順調に進展しているといえる。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

開発した技術を基軸とし、応用研究の結果から得られた知見を有効利用して、高次計量を用いた技術に拡張し、超曲面に対する低次元座標布置を得る手法に発展させ、より複雑なデータにも適用が可能とするように、手法の汎化性能をあげるための研究を進める必要がある。さらに、開発したモデルについて、論文にまとめ公表する必要がある。
