| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究は、申請者が過去（2015年）におこなった調査の5年後のフォローアップ調査をおこなうことで栄養転換の進展の度合いと、それに伴う食物摂取および身体活動の変化について、世帯内二重負荷との関連を明らかにすることを第一の目的とする。本研究ではベースライン調査から5年後となる2020年に同内容の調査を行い、栄養転換の進展と世帯内二重負荷の発生の関連について、食物摂取、身体活動および栄養状態のデータを用いて分析する。
また、その要因を探るため、人びとの食と栄養に関する行動を裏付ける背景（経済状況、健康観等）を考察する。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
To know the changes in dietary/nutritional intake and physical activity level on which the researcher had conducted surveys in 2015, follow-up surveys were conducetd. Physical activity levels was generally higher than in 2015, though the difference in the time they wore the accelerometer was found to be an important factor.
The researcher conduced field survey in the same community in 2023, as well, on daily and festive food about 30 years ago; wild grasses eaten in the community; and the age of residents, whch had been ambiguous in the previous surveys.
It was found that there were little difference in the food thet usually ate; although there are many kinds of edible grasses, they do not eat them often; and those who might misunderstand their age were found.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
経済的な発展の途上にあり、生活環境が急速に変化しているインドネシア西ジャワ州スメダン県の農村においては、食物・栄養摂取や身体活動レベルも変化することが推測される。こうした変化は栄養転換として理論化されているものの、客観的にこれを観察し報告した研究はほとんど見当たらない。
本研究は対象村落における食物・栄養摂取および身体活動の経時的な変化をより客観的で比較可能な方法で把握しようと試みるものである。
この成果は今後、国際学会や国際学術雑誌において発表する予定である。
