Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、インド人看護師の国際労働移動が2018年の最低賃金制度の導入前後でどのように変化したのかを分析することである。具体的には、最低賃金制度導入以前（2016年）にインド・タミル・ナードゥ州チェンナイの看護学校2校の卒業生名簿から無作為に標本を抽出した申請者の調査をもとに、2020～2021年に同じ看護師345人を追跡調査する。

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究の目的は、看護師の主要送り出し国であるインドからの国際労働移動が、インドの私立病院に勤務する看護師への最低賃金制度の導入後にどのように変化したのかを分析することである。コロナ禍で調査が遅れていたが、看護師（345人）を対象とした質問票を用いた定量調査を終了し、2023年度には現地で関係者へのヒアリングを行った。そのほか、学会発表を2回おこなった。
