Outline of Research at the Start	歯を支える骨である歯槽骨は一旦失われると自律的に再生することはなく、人工骨や自家骨移植など外科的侵襲を伴う治療法が一般的である。そこで、外科的侵襲を伴わない低侵襲性歯槽骨再生治療法を新たに開発することが目的である。骨誘導能を有する生理活性物質を遺伝子の状態で歯周組織へデリバリーすることで、外科的侵襲なく安全に、かつ効率的に歯槽骨を再生する新たな治療法を開発する。
