| Outline of Research at the Start |
児童生徒の問題行動に対する予防効果が実証されている枠組みとして、学校規模ポジティブ行動支援（以下、SWPBS）がある。SWPBSでは、学校全体で組織的に行動支援を実施した上で、一人ひとりの児童生徒にとって本当にその支援が効果的であるかを常にデータによって把握し、学校全体の支援システムを改善したり、全体的な支援では効果が見られない児童生徒へより手厚い支援を行ったりする。
これを可能とするために、本研究では以下の2点を行う。
（１）児童生徒の問題行動の実態をデータとして把握するためのタブレット用アプリ開発
（２）データに基づいて支援改善を行うスキルを教員が獲得するための研修プログラム開発・効果検証

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this research was to develop "data-based decision making" system for "School-Wide Positive Behavior Support (SWPBS)," an evidence-based approach for addressing student behavioral issues. Our specific objectives included developing an application to analyze student problem behavior data and assessing its usability. We also made revisions to the Japanese version of the Tiered Fidelity Inventory, a tool used to measure the fidelity of SWPBS implementation. Additionally, we translated the Decision Observation, Recording, and Analysis-II (DORA-II; Algozzine et al., 2015), an evaluation tool designed to assess the fidelity of "data-based decision making."

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
不登校やいじめ、問題行動等、生徒指導上の問題の増加に歯止めがかからない中、本研究ではこうした問題に対する有効なアプローチとして期待される学校規模ポジティブ行動支援（SWPBS）に関する研究を行った。日本の学校現場へのSWPBSの実装を推進するためには、学校現場において「データに基づく意思決定」を行うためのデータシステムやツールが不可欠である。本研究では、この「データに基づく意思決定」を行うために必要なアプリ・ツールの開発を行うことができた。
