| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究では、軽度認知障害 (Miled cognitive impairment: MCI) または主観的認知障害 (Subjective cognitive impairment: SCI) を有する地域高齢者 (n = 36) を対象に単盲検ランダム化比較試験を実施し、ストレスマネジメントによる介入の認知機能改善効果と認知症予防効果を評価する。介入は認知行動療法に基づくストレスマネジメントプログラムを用いる。

| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
本研究は、軽度認知障害もしくは主観的認知障害をもつ地域高齢者を対象にストレスマネジメントによるストレス反応の低減によって認知機能が改善されうるかどうかを検証することを目的とした単盲検ランダム化比較試験である。
本研究は2020年度から2022年度にかけて新型コロナウイルス感染症の感染拡大のため研究遂行の大幅な遅延を余儀なくされた。2023年度は研究代表者の所属先変更のため調査環境が大きく変わり、予定していた研究参加者募集を行うことができなかったため本研究は現在遅れが生じている。
