Outline of Research at the Start |
大学生のコミュニケーションの場は、SNSとなりつつある。SNSで他者とコミュニケーションする際には、自他の気持ちを読み取る力、自らの感情を制御しそれを表出する力といった心的能力が必要とされる。 本研究の目的は、そのような心的能力をターゲットとしてきたアサーショントレーニング(AT)をSNSコミュニケーションに応用し、大学生のSNSコミュケーションに対するAT(AT for SNS)を開発することである。 プログラム開発に際して、開発前に大学生のSNSコミュニケーションの具体的な体験を明らかにし、その体験に沿った内容のプログラムを開発する、また、開発後はプログラムの効果を定量的に検証する。

Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this study is to develop pycho-educational program for undergraduates’communications in social networking services. The feature of this program is to pay attention to mental faculty. Basic researches on undergraduates’communications in social networking services reveal that in LINE females worry about what others tink and in Instagram females feel a sense of the extraordinary. Based on these basic researches, the psycho-educational programs that focus on dialogue in self and understanding others' mind by understanding one's own mind developed.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
本研究の結果、大学生を対象としたSNSコミュニケーション改善のための心理教育プログラムが開発された。このプログラムの特徴は、各SNSコミュニケーション(LINE、Twitter、Instagram)の特徴についての基礎研究に基づいている点とコミュニケーションの背後にある心的能力(他者の気持ちを理解する力など)に焦点を当てている点である。 本研究で開発した心理教育プログラムは、コミュニケーションの背後にある心的能力に焦点を当てているため、SNSコミュニケーションだけでなく様々な場面でのコミュニケーションに応用可能であると考えられる。
