Outline of Research at the Start

Local protein dynamics are crucial for understanding, modulating and improving the mechanism, function and stability of proteins, yet no integrated source for such data is currently available. This work aims to estimate the local dynamics of proteins and by extension their local stability, either in isolation or complexed with other proteins, DNA, RNA or small compounds as stored in the PDB, via Molecular Dynamics simulations and store it into a public database.
