| Outline of Research at the Start |
最近、間質性肺炎に対する個別化医療のためのバイオマーカーの必要性が高まっている。M2様マクロファージは炎症抑制や組織修復に関与するが、間質性肺炎の病態への関与は十分に解明されていない。我々は、M2様マクロファージマーカー; CD163、CD204陽性細胞が特発性肺線維症の増悪に関与することを証明した。
本研究では、ヒトの間質性肺炎におけるM2分化の血清マーカーである可溶化CD163値、YKL-40の予後予測バイオマーカーとしての解析、次に、CD163およびCD204欠損マウスを用いたブレオマイシン肺傷害モデルの抑制実験、ニンテダニブなどの治療薬がマクロファージのCD163、CD204分化を抑制することをin vitroで証明する。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We are analyzing for serum M2-like macrophage markers using the ELISA panel (BioPlex) obtained from 193 idiopathic interstitial pneumonia who visited the Kurume University. We will confirm stastical analysis in ELISA until December in this year. We have not yet performed suppressive analysis of mouse bleomycin-induced lung injury modeland invitro analysis.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
特発性あるいは膠原病合併間質性肺炎の個別化医療のバイオマーカーや新規治療薬のターゲットとしてのM2マーカー; CD163、CD204の役割を解析した研究は乏しいため、本研究は学術的独自性を有する。さらに本研究は、① M2マーカー; sCD163およびYKL-40をバイオマーカーとした個別化医療、② 間質性肺炎治療薬の作用メカニズム解明の基盤的研究となり得るため、創造性を有する。
