Outline of Research at the Start

本研究に関して参加の同意を得た慢性腎臓病患者を本研究に登録する。参加した患者の検査値や、血圧、生活習慣に関するアンケート、飲酒の体質にかかわる遺伝子（ALDH2、ADH1B）のタイプといったデータをデータベースに登録する。登録された患者は5年間にわたりデータのフォローアップが行われる。
得られたデータを元にデータ解析を行うことで慢性腎臓病患者における適切な飲酒がどのようなものかを究明し、その結果をもとに、慢性腎臓病患者で飲酒に関してどのように指導するべきかを解明する。

現在、研究対象者のリクルート及び、データ収集中であり、具体的な解析はまだ行っていない。

250名参加予定であるが、現在60名程度の参加である。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

研究対象者のリクルートに際して蓄尿検査が必須であったことが、参加拒否につながっていたため、努力義務に変更することで研究対象者がより参加しやすい状態にした。引き続き研究対象者の参加が目標数に達するように声掛けを行っていることろである。
