| Outline of Research at the Start |
統合失調症患者の社会復帰を進める上で認知機能を高める必要があり、その援助方法は少ない為、その開発が急務である。申請者は援助方法として運動に着目し、認知機能と関連する運動の強度は入院患者と外来患者では異なる為、運動プログラムは入院患者用と外来患者用を別々に開発する必要性を明らかにした。本課題では外来患者用運動プログラムの開発を目指す。
入院患者とは異なり、外来患者では自宅で運動するための意欲を高める工夫が必要であり、申請者はモバイルツールを用いた方法に着目している。そこで本研究では、①モバイルツールを併用した外来患者用運動プログラムを開発し、その効果検証をする。

| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
本研究課題では、統合失調症の外来患者へ適応できるモバイルツール併用型運動プログラムを開発することを目的としており、その一環として現時点の当該テーマの研究動向を把握することとした。
国内外の研究をscoping reviewしているところである。詳細な分析をしたのちに、結果は今後公表していく予定である。
