Outline of Research at the Start |
我が国の周産期領域において、産後うつ病やそれに伴う自殺をはじめとするメンタルヘルスの問題が認識されるようになってきた。助産教育におけるコミュニケーションは傾聴や共感の重要性が強調されているが、技術を生かすための具体的な教育機会はあまりない。米国等において認知行動療法(Cognitive Behavior Therapy: CBT)はうつ病治療としてだけでなく、メンタルケアの広い文脈における有効なコミュニケーション技術としてエビデンスが示されている。本研究では、周産期メンタルヘルスの問題を抱える女性への支援方法として、認知行動療法に基づいた教育プログラムの開発することを目的としている。

Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
2022年度は昨年度に実施しデータ収集を終了したした研究結果をまとめ、投稿準備期間とした。CBTは助産師が臨床の場で活用することは可能であり、助産師の意欲も高いため学習の場を創出していくことが重要であることが明らかとなっている。しかし様々な障壁がありそれをどのようにしていくか考えていく必要がある。
