Outline of Research at the Start

災害時特に配慮を要する者である災害時要配慮者を中心とするインクルーシブデザインによって、当事者それぞれの多様な特性や災害時の課題について、本人および地域住民が理解し共有しながら自助・共助力を高め、地域住民が主体的に当事者目線で防災・減災に取り組む域減災モデルを構築する。また、その方略について明らかにしていくことを目的とする。

中断再開後となる令和５年度は、令和２年度にヒアリングによって得られた対象者である避難行動要支援者の災害時の課題と必要な支援について、優先準備が高い備えについて検討し、実際にどのように対策していくか当事者、地域住民、支援者で検討を行い実施していく。
