| Outline of Research at the Start |
1年目は、研究協力大学での短期養成プログラムの開発、アメリカでの音楽院での現地調査、ジュリアード音楽院のカバニスを招聘して、研究協力大学でのワークショップの実施する。
2年目は、研究協力大学において、半期（１５回）による養成講座を実施するほか、短期養成講座を実施する。バークリー音楽院のワレス氏を招聘して、ワークショップを実施する（延期）。また研究代表者と分担者の研究成果の公表を行う。
3年目は、公開シンポジウムを開催し、研究成果を公表する。またブース氏を招聘し、講演会とワークショップを実施する。「カリキュラムスタンダード」を策定して、全国の音楽大学に配布する。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this research is to carry out basic research to create a core curriculum for training teaching artists as a collaborative project of 11 major music colleges (faculties) in Japan. A music teaching artist is a performer who not only provides music unilaterally to an audience, but also engages in interactive performance activities through interactive activities (educational programs). Many graduates of music colleges (faculties) will be engaged in such activities in the future, and university education is required. In this research, it came to be implemented as a regular class subject at several universities, and we were able to create an environment that will enable implementation at many music colleges (faculties) in the future.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
ティーチングアーティストという概念は1980年代のアメリカに誕生したが、日本ではアウトリーチ活動の一環として、その方法が導入された。しかし大学の教育課程として学生たちにティーチングアーティストの理念や方法を学ぶ機会が与えられることがなかった。本研究ではアメリカから研究者や実践家を招聘あるいはオンライン講座を実施することで、多くの学生に教育の機会を提供し、大学の正規科目として実施する大学もあった。今後、音楽大学（学部）の卒業後の活動支援として、多くの大学で教育課程への導入が期待される。
